Who We Are
Citizen Soldier Treatment Center (CSTC), Inc., a nonprofit corporation to identify, examine, diagnose and provide outpatient treatment for Reserve Force veterans suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Our Mission
The Citizen Soldier Treatment Center, Incorporated (CSTC) shall: (1) Seek and identify those Reserve Force veterans who have decided not to take the Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) series or have completed the series and have decided not to seek treatment through the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA); (2) Provide the opportunity to take the series and other appropriate mental-behavioral health tests within a CSTC mental-behavioral health treatment facility; (3) Conduct a medical exam to assist in the diagnosis of the soldier's mental-behavioral health; (4) Evaluate the results of the PDHRA series and other mental / behavioral health tests, and make a diagnosis as to whether Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) exists or not; (5) Provide outpatient treatment for Reserve Force veterans suffering from PTSD; (6) For those veterans needing inpatient treatment for PTSD, suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or other medical conditions not treatable within the CSTC mental-behavioral health facility, recommend further treatment in a DVA hospital, or elsewhere if preferred.

Donations can be made to the CSTC by mailing a Check or Money Order payable to Citizen Soldier Treatment Center, Inc.
CSTC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (public charity) organization and all donations are tax deductible.
